By submitting our form or hiring the service, you accept these terms. We kept them short and clear so you actually understand them. Full prices live on the pricing page.
We build and publish your website using the information and photos you give us. The first year includes your domain, hosting, and your plan's design iterations.
You authorize us to use the information, text, and photos you share to build and publish your site. You confirm that this content is truthful and that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what you give us.
Once online, your site is indexed and copied by search engines like Google and by AI tools. That information spreads, gets stored on other servers and in cached copies, and is in practice nearly impossible to erase completely, even if you later ask to remove it. We are not responsible for content you later want taken down. Publish only what you are comfortable living on the internet forever. This includes the source files used to build your site, which are also publicly accessible and contain the same information as your live site. This helps Google and AI tools index and describe your site more accurately.
While we build your site we include several design iterations (2 in Personal, 3 in Business, 10 in Executive Flash) to get it just right. Once it is published, any later change is paid, per the published pricing. Changes are not free or unlimited.
Our timelines (for example, 3 days) start counting once you give us all the information, photos, and access we need. The clock stops while we wait on you: any delay on your side pushes the delivery by the same amount. If you take a day to send what's missing, the delivery moves by a day.
The audit at everybodyknowsyou.com/audit measures what AI and search engines see about you right now. Once we publish your site, you should see most of the visible improvement within the first 3 days. The rest builds over the following weeks and months as search engines fully re-index your pages, your profiles get cross-linked, AI tools refresh their knowledge, and your new content gets cited elsewhere. Because all of that happens on systems we do not control, running the audit at different moments can show slightly different scores for the same URL. Your site has not changed between runs. What AI sees has. Read the score as a snapshot of the moment, not a verdict.
The first year is included. After that, your site renews for $29 a year (domain and hosting). Premium or special domains are billed at cost, separately. If you do not pay the renewal, your site may go offline after a 14-day grace period; we can re-publish it from our backup for a $15 reactivation fee. Important: if we stop paying for your domain because you did not renew, that domain can expire and be claimed by anyone, and we cannot guarantee recovering it.
Prices for the Business and Executive Flash plans are stated before tax. Any applicable value-added tax (VAT or local equivalent) is added at invoicing, based on the client's jurisdiction. The Personal plan price is final and tax-inclusive for individuals.
We do not build or host sites with illegal, sexual, adult, or extreme content, or with misinformation or harmful content. We may accept or decline any project at our discretion, and we may cancel the service and take down a site that breaks these terms or spreads false, illegal, or morally objectionable content, with no refund.
Work begins with the initial payment (half). If the agreed initial payment is not completed, we do not deliver or publish the site, and any material we created (design, text, code, and files) remains our intellectual property: it may not be used, copied, reproduced, or published by the client or by third parties.
You pay half to start and see your site on a private preview before it goes live. If you do not love it before publishing, we refund what you paid. Once published, the service is considered delivered.
An optional add-on (see pricing). Once paid, we run a single session in which we transfer the domain to you, hand over all your site files, and explain how to maintain and update it on your own. When that session ends, the service is considered delivered and the client–provider relationship is finalized and closed.
We provide the service "as is." We are not responsible for indirect damages, for the content you choose to publish, or for what third parties (search engines, AI, or other people) do with your already-public information. We are also not responsible for failures, downtime, hacks, data loss, or interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, internet providers, or external platforms), or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page. We will not retroactively change what we already agreed for work in progress.
